On 24.12.2014 Alkaloid AD Skopje invested in its subsidiary in the Republic of Macedonia, by increasing its share capital.

Investments of 50 million MKD were made in Alkaloid CONS LTD. Skopje. Alkaloid AD Skopje owns 100% of the subsidiary.

These investments are in line with the continuous activities of Alkaloid AD Skopje to strengthen its presence on the market and extend its portfolio of drugs and medical devices with competitive prices and verified quality.
