The Annual shareholders meeting of Alkaloid AD Skopje for 2018 was held on 08.04.2019.

All the materials and draft-decisions noted in the Public call were adopted at the shareholders meeting.

According to the decision on appropriation and allocation of the profit gained up to 31.12.2018 the dividend amounts in net 272.00 denars, or gross 320.00 denars for one ordinary share which is an increase of 12% compared to dividends paid for 2017 on net basis. Commencement date of dividend payout is 22.05.2019. The dividend shall be paid in cash on transaction accounts.
