The Annual shareholders meeting of Alkaloid AD Skopje for 2011 was held on 12.04.2012.

All the materials and draft-decisions noted in the Public call were adopted at the shareholders meeting.

According to the decision on appropriation and allocation of the profit gained up to 31.12.2011 the dividend amounts in net 160.00 denars, or gross 177.78 denars for one ordinary share which is an increase of 6.67% compared to dividends paid for 2010. Commencement date of dividend pay out is 16.05.2012. The dividend shall be paid in cash on transaction accounts.
