The Annual shareholders meeting of Alkaloid AD Skopje for 2012 was held on 08.04.2013.

All the materials and draft-decisions noted in the Public call were adopted at the shareholders meeting.

According to the decision on appropriation and allocation of the profit gained up to 31.12.2012 the dividend amounts in net 165.00 denars, or gross 183.33 denars for one ordinary share which is an increase of 3.13% compared to dividends paid for 2011. Commencement date of dividend payout is 15.05.2013. The dividend shall be paid in cash on transaction accounts.
