The Annual shareholders assembly of Alkaloid AD Skopje for 2020 was held on 05.04.2021.

All the materials and draft-decisions noted in the Public notice were adopted at the shareholders assembly.

According to the decision on use and distribution of the profit gained up to 31.12.2020 the dividend amounts in net 360.00 denars, or gross 400.00 denars for one ordinary share which is an increase of 11% compared to dividends paid for 2019 on net basis. Commencement date of dividend payout is 19.05.2021. The dividend shall be paid in cash on transaction accounts.
