ALKALOID AD Skopje notifies its shareholders that, in accordance with the resolution on the dates for payment of the 2024 dividend, it will begin dividend payments on 14.05.2025.

  

All shareholders (natural persons and legal entities) entitled to dividends for 2024 who have not submitted their transaction and giro account details are invited to contact the company’s Shareholding and Property Issues Office at (02) 3104-252 or [investorrelations@alkaloid.com.mk](mailto:investorrelations@alkaloid.com.mk) no later than 07.05.2025.
