Gives great taste with dried and fresh fruits (apple, apricot, banana, pear, blackberry, almond, etc.), in desserts such as cakes, pancakes, and desserts of oats and rice, in hot sweet drinks, but also in lamb and chicken meat, etc. For better taste it is recommended to add it at the beginning of cooking. It can be combined with other spices such as cloves, nutmeg, ginger, turmeric, cumin and coriander.
