**Magnesium** contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal muscle function, helps reduce tiredness and fatigue and maintain normal electrolyte balance, and supports the normal synthesis of proteins and the normal psychological function. Magnesium plays a role in the process of cell division.

**Vitamin B1** contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system, normal psychological function and the normal functioning of the heart.
