How would you describe your professional journey at Alkaloid through the lens of personal development, rather than simply work experience?
I do not view my professional journey at Alkaloid simply in terms of positions held, but rather as a process of continuous personal growth. Every challenge has taught me patience, responsibility, and teamwork. Over time, I have learned that success is not measured solely by knowledge, but also by how one treats others and the ability to adapt and grow.
Which moments or situations have shaped you the most as a professional within the company?
The situations that have shaped me the most are those when I had to make decisions under pressure, as well as the moments when we came together as a team to overcome challenges. These experiences taught me resilience, trust in my colleagues, and the importance of integrity.
What has motivated you to remain committed to Alkaloid over the years, even during challenging times?
I feel most motivated when I am part of something meaningful and lasting. When one’s work has purpose and the results are visible, commitment comes naturally. In addition, my colleagues and our shared achievements have always inspired me to give my very best.
What is it like to share your professional reality with a family member? Does it bring greater closeness or a new perspective?
Sharing a profession brings both greater closeness and a fresh perspective. On the one hand, we have a deeper understanding of each other’s work; on the other, we learn from one another. Maintaining a balance between professional and personal life is important, but the experience is incredibly enriching.

Do you feel a sense of responsibility or an advantage coming from a family that already has its own story at Alkaloid?
I feel a sense of curiosity, responsibility, and belonging. The advantage is that I come into the company with an understanding of its values. At the same time, I feel a responsibility to prove myself and forge my own path.
How do you perceive the differences between generations? What do you think is different today in the way we work and think?
The differences are evident, particularly in the way we think and approach our work. Today, we work faster, more flexibly, and in an increasingly digital environment. At the same time, the older generation teaches us the value of discipline, dedication, and patience. The combination of the two is the strongest.
