I remember my first day at Alkaloid as a day filled with excitement, positive anticipation, and a strong eagerness to learn. From the very beginning, I was welcomed by a professional team that readily shared its knowledge and experience, helping me quickly integrate into the work environment.

2. What has changed the most from your early days with the company?

The most significant changes have been in technology, instrumental techniques, and process digitalization. Today, we work with state-of-the-art analytical equipment, advanced instrumental techniques, and software systems that are integrated into our daily operations. Processes have become far more digitalized, enabling greater efficiency, reliability, and compliance with the highest pharmaceutical standards. Alkaloid continuously invests in technology and employee development, which is evident across all segments of operation.

3. What has been the proudest moment of your career at Alkaloid?

I am most proud of my professional growth and the opportunity to build a career within a company that consistently sets high standards. It is particularly meaningful to me that, over the years, I have contributed to numerous projects focused on enhancing analytical processes, introducing new techniques, and continuously improving the quality system. For me, success is the result of teamwork, expertise, and a constant commitment to progress.

4. What is the biggest difference between your job today and when you first started?

As the person responsible for the Raw Materials Laboratory, I now carry significantly broader responsibilities than I did at the beginning of my career. In addition to analytical activities, I am actively involved in organizing work processes, staff development, implementing new practices, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Today, I view operations from a broader perspective and am increasingly focused on strategic advancement and continuous improvement.

5. What motivated you to stay, develop, and grow together with the company?

My greatest motivation has been the opportunity for continuous professional development and the chance to work in an environment that embraces the latest global trends in the pharmaceutical industry. Alkaloid has enabled me to continuously expand my knowledge through training, professional development programs, and participation in a wide range of projects. The opportunity to work with state-of-the-art analytical equipment, advanced instrumental techniques, and modern software solutions applied in everyday operations has been especially valuable. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of learning from outstanding professionals, exchanging knowledge with colleagues, and being part of a team consistently committed to the highest quality standards. This combination of knowledge, technology, team support, and development opportunities has been key to my growth alongside the company.

6. What has remained unchanged for you throughout all your years at Alkaloid?

Although technology and processes continue to evolve, the values on which the company is built have remained unchanged: professionalism, high quality standards, responsibility, respect for people, and team spirit. These values are precisely why Alkaloid has maintained its strong reputation and success for decades.

7. How is the quality control process conducted, and how do you view it from your position as the person responsible for the Raw Materials Laboratory?

Quality control begins with the receipt of raw materials. Every raw material that arrives at the company undergoes a strictly defined process of sampling, identification, and laboratory testing in accordance with pharmacopoeial requirements, internal specifications, and regulatory standards. In the Raw Materials Laboratory, various physicochemical analyses are performed using modern analytical equipment and advanced instrumental techniques. The results are then processed, reviewed, and documented through validated software systems, ensuring their accuracy and traceability. As the person responsible for the laboratory, I ensure that all activities are carried out in compliance with GMP principles and established procedures. For me, quality control is not simply about testing a sample; it is a process that provides confidence that only raw materials meeting the highest quality standards will enter production. At the same time, a significant part of my role is dedicated to continuously improving laboratory processes, implementing new technologies, and developing the laboratory team. I believe quality is not something verified only at the final stage; it is built into every step of the process.

8. What message would you like to share with new employees who are just starting their careers at Alkaloid?

I would encourage them to remain curious, ask questions, and embrace continuous learning. Nevertheless, I am satisfied with the path I have taken because every step has contributed to shaping the professional I am today and has enabled me to successfully lead the Raw Materials Laboratory together with the team I work with every day to ensure the highest quality standards.
