1. How do you remember your first day at the company?

I was nervous, but also very excited. I remember being welcomed by the more experienced colleagues at the time. I was impressed by the level of responsibility carried by the Ecology Sector. I immediately realized that precision comes first here.

2. What has changed the most from your early days with the company?

The greatest change has been in waste management, where we have made a tremendous personal contribution. We succeeded in completely clearing Alkaloid of all outdated waste, in full compliance with the law. We introduced state-of-the-art systems for sorting and disposing of every type of waste. We established strong partnerships with strictly certified companies for the safe collection of waste. From the initial improvisations, we now have a comprehensive, environmentally sound, and fully compliant process.

3. What has been the proudest moment of your career at Alkaloid?

I am most proud of the demanding process through which we succeeded in raising environmental awareness among our employees. I am proud that we helped employees understand that proper waste management is an integral part of a product's life cycle. We succeeded in breaking the old belief that everything should end up in ordinary municipal waste.Today, proper sorting and disposal in the appropriate place have become part of everyday life and an established culture within the company. This transformation in the way our colleagues think is my greatest professional achievement.

4. What motivated you to stay, develop, and grow together with the company?

The security and stability that Alkaloid has always generously provided. The awareness that my work directly contributes to protecting the environment. The continuous support for personal and professional development. The feeling that we are part of one large, successful family.

5. What has remained unchanged for you throughout all your years at Alkaloid?

The desire to complete every task to the highest standard. The mutual respect and team spirit within our environmental team. The sense of belonging to the Alkaloid brand. My personal commitment to protecting the environment.

6. What message would you like to share with new employees who are just starting their careers at Alkaloid?

Be patient and learn from every situation each day. Environmental protection and pharmaceuticals require great responsibility and discipline. Respect your colleagues, because teamwork is key to success. Be proud to be starting your career at a company like this.

7. Is there anything you would do differently or change about your time at Alkaloid?

Overall, I am very satisfied with my professional development. Perhaps, in the early years, I would have embraced change with less apprehension. Every challenge and mistake was an important lesson. Everything I experienced helped shape me into the professional I am today.
