1. How do you remember your first day at the company?

I spent my first day at the company focused on getting acquainted with the work environment and my team. I made an effort to listen, observe, and understand the way things were done and what was expected of me. It was a dynamic day filled with new information, but it was also highly motivating. Although everything was new and unfamiliar, I felt welcomed and supported by my colleagues, which helped me settle in more easily.

2. What has changed the most from your early days with the company?

The biggest change is that the pharmaceutical industry has evolved from being largely manual, locally organized, and governed by fewer regulations into a highly technological, digitalized, and globally connected sector. Today, the industry operates under strict regulatory requirements and quality standards, with a strong focus on continuous improvement. This transformation has significantly increased both responsibilities and opportunities for employee growth and development.

3. What has been the proudest moment of your career at Alkaloid?

I am most proud of the times when, through good organization and dedication, we successfully ensured the timely and reliable delivery of medicines to all required destinations, even under highly challenging circumstances. Knowing that our efforts directly helped people receive the treatment they needed made those achievements particularly meaningful.

4. What is the biggest difference between your job today and when you first started?

In the beginning, processes were largely manual, less automated, and access to information was more limited. Today, thanks to technological advancements, many processes have been digitalized and automated, enabling greater accuracy and efficiency. In addition, regulatory quality standards have become much stricter, making attention to detail and documentation even more important. This evolution has been positive, as it contributes to higher quality standards and greater patient safety.

5. What motivated you to stay, develop, and grow together with the company?

I am motivated by the opportunity to learn and continuously develop, as well as by the feeling that my work contributes meaningfully to the achievement of the company's goals.

6. What has remained unchanged for you throughout all your years at Alkaloid?

What has remained unchanged over the years is my work ethic and sense of responsibility towards my duties. I have always strived to complete my tasks on time and to the highest standard, regardless of the circumstances. Equally unchanged is my respect for my colleagues and my belief in teamwork. I am convinced that strong collaboration and communication form the foundation of success, especially in an environment where we rely on one another.

7. What message would you like to share with new employees?

I would encourage them to be curious, responsible, proactive, and highly attentive to detail. In this industry, continuous learning and accountability are essential for success.

8. Is there anything you would do differently today?

I believe there is always room for improvement. Today, I would place greater emphasis on proactive communication and faster information sharing among teams to increase efficiency and avoid misunderstandings. I would also pay even closer attention to customer feedback, as it plays a vital role in enhancing services and optimizing processes.
