I remember my first day at work as a serious challenge.

1. How do you remember your first day at the company?

I remember my first day as a serious challenge and a great responsibility. From the very beginning, I was aware of the company’s significance and importance, which had established a strong culture of order and discipline. The support of more experienced colleagues helped me settle in more easily.

2. What has changed the most from your early days with the company?

The biggest changes have been in technology and the way we work. Today, our processes are more organized and supported by modern systems, while the demands and responsibilities associated with efficiency are also significantly higher.

3. What has been the proudest moment of your career at Alkaloid?

I am proud of my consistent commitment to responsible and dedicated work in the Security and Protection Department, especially in situations where timely action has helped prevent risks, ensure employee safety, and protect Alkaloid’s property.

4. What is the biggest difference between your job today and when you first started?

Today, I approach my work with extensive experience, confidence, and a well-established routine. I have a broader perspective on all the processes and can identify potential risks more quickly and respond appropriately.

5. What motivated you to stay, grow, and develop together with the company?

A sense of belonging, the stability the company offers, and the opportunity for continuous professional growth and development.

6. What has remained unchanged for you throughout all your years at Alkaloid?

What has remained unchanged throughout all these years are the company’s core values, responsibility, and mutual respect.

7. What message would you like to share with new employees who are just starting their careers at Alkaloid?

Be patient and responsible, and respect the company’s rules and procedures. Everything else comes with time and experience.

8. Is there anything you would do differently or change about your time at Alkaloid?

With the experience I have today, perhaps I would pay even greater attention to continuous training and knowledge-sharing with colleagues. Overall, however, I am satisfied with my professional journey. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the company for this honor and for the consideration shown to me through these questions. Above all, I consider it a great privilege and recognition to be part of the company’s organization and to have my many years of experience valued.
