What has working at Alkaloid meant to you over the years, and which moments are most valuable to you personally?

My experience at Alkaloid, which dates back to 2005, is not something I see simply as a career but rather as a process of personal growth. Over the years, the company has become my second home. What matters most to me is the sense of belonging and the security of working in an organization that values hard work and loyalty. On a personal level, I am most fulfilled by the friendships I have built and the moments when we have overcome challenges together as a team. These are valuable lessons in togetherness that cannot be learned from books.

Which values that you live by every day at work are most strongly reflected in your personal life?

Discipline, responsibility, and respect for others. In my role as a shift supervisor, I have learned that every detail matters and that trust is built through actions, not just words. I uphold those same values in my family by striving to be honest, committed, and understanding toward the people around me. Alkaloid has taught me a sense of professionalism that has naturally become an inseparable part of who I am.

Is there a moment when you felt particularly proud to be part of Alkaloid, and what prompted that feeling?

I feel proud whenever I see an Alkaloid product on shelves abroad or hear positive comments about the quality of our products. The greatest sense of fulfillment comes from knowing that our work contributes to the health and well-being of millions of people. It is a powerful expression of social responsibility and a constant reminder that our everyday efforts serve a purpose far greater than ourselves.

What is it like when your professional and family worlds intersect through working at the same company?

It creates a unique and deeply rewarding dynamic. On the one hand, there is a shared understanding of the demands and responsibilities that come with the job, while on the other, Alkaloid becomes a common topic that brings us even closer together. I am shaping my own story at Alkaloid with deep respect for my family’s legacy, while remaining focused on personal effort, results, and integrity. To me, that legacy is not a privilege, but a responsibility and a powerful source of motivation to contribute my own value and vision
