Businesses across the country and the broader region must move beyond “local practices” and operate in line with global rules and standards if they aspire to become competitive and achieve sustained success in global markets. The discussions during the working meeting centred on Alkaloid’s long-term strategic priorities, including its strong export orientation, capital investments, education initiatives, implementation of ESG standards, socially responsible projects, and sustainable growth through international market expansion and differentiation. 

As part of the U.S. Government’s broader regional agenda to stimulate investment and strengthen strategic ties between American capital and leading companies in the Western Balkans, a high-level delegation comprising representatives of the U.S. Government, partner organizations, and institutions paid a working visit to Alkaloid AD Skopje.

Alkaloid AD Skopje has once again earned the trust of the public, being named the Most Desirable Employer for 2025 for the fourth year running, according to the survey conducted by the Vrabotuvanje.com web portal.

The project Green Chromatography: Part 3 – Rational Transformation of RP-HPLC Methods – A Step Forward Toward Sustainability in Pharmaceutical Analysis concluded with a presentation of its outcomes and the insights gained, building on the projects initiated during the previous year.
