Additional investments in the Republic of Serbia

Alkaloid AD Skopje continues its investments aiming at greater market share on existing and new foreign markets. For that purpose, on 21.10.2019 Alkaloid invested in its subsidiary, Alkaloid DOO Belgrade, by increasing its share capital. Alkaloid AD Skopje owns 100% of the subsidiary.

It is an investment worth 1.800.000 euros intended to expand production capacity in the Alkaloid production plant in the Republic of Serbia.

These investments are in line with the continuous activities of Alkaloid AD Skopje to strengthen its presence on foreign markets in order to increase the export of the company.
