ALKALOID BECOMES THE FIRST COMPANY IN MACEDONIA TO RECEIVE THE PRESTIGIOUS TOP EMPLOYER 2026 CERTIFICATION

The international certification recognizes Alkaloid’s sustained investment in employee development and its strategic commitment to advancing corporate practices while fostering a high-quality and motivating workplace culture.

Alkaloid AD Skopje has been awarded the internationally recognized Top Employer 2026 certification for Macedonia by the renowned Top Employers Institute of the Netherlands. This global authority evaluates and recognizes companies that demonstrate excellence in human resources management and employee experience.

The certification follows a comprehensive assessment of an organization’s HR policies, processes, and practices. The Top Employers Institute methodology covers six key areas and 20 topics, including HR strategy, leadership, the work environment, talent attraction and development, employee wellbeing, and corporate values.
