The Annual shareholders assembly of ALKALOID AD Skopje for 2022 was held on 03.04.2023. 

All the materials and draft-decisions noted in the Public notice were adopted at the shareholders assembly.

According to the decision on use and distribution of the profit gained up to 31.12.2022 the dividend amounts in net 441.00 denars, or gross 490.00 denars for one ordinary share which is an increase of 11.36% compared to dividends paid for 2021 on net basis. Commencement date of dividend payout is 17.05.2023. The dividend shall be paid in cash on transaction accounts.
