The Annual shareholders meeting of Alkaloid AD Skopje for 2019 was held on 06.04.2020.

All the materials and draft-decisions noted in the Public call were adopted at the shareholders meeting.

According to the decision on appropriation and allocation of the profit gained up to 31.12.2019 the dividend amounts in net 324.00 denars, or gross 360.00 denars for one ordinary share which is an increase of 19% compared to dividends paid for 2018 on net basis. Commencement date of dividend payout is 20.05.2020. The dividend shall be paid in cash on transaction accounts.
