Dear shareholders,

The Annual shareholders meeting of Alkaloid AD Skopje for 2016 was held on 03.04.2017.

All the materials and draft-decisions noted in the Public call were adopted at the shareholders meeting.

According to the decision on appropriation and allocation of the profit gained up to 31.12.2016 the dividend amounts in net 225.00 denars, or gross 250.00 denars for one ordinary share which is an increase of 8.7% compared to dividends paid for 2015. Commencement date of dividend payout is 17.05.2017. The dividend shall be paid in cash on transaction accounts.
