According to the decision on appropriation and allocation of the profit gained up to 31.12.2014 the dividend amounts in net 189.00 denars, or gross 210.00 denars for one ordinary share which is an increase of 5% compared to dividends paid for 2013. Commencement date of dividend payout is 20.05.2015. The dividend shall be paid in cash on transaction accounts.
