"Each day in my role is marked by unpredictability and dynamism as the ISPMA team works tirelessly to oversee a range of complex strategic initiatives, spanning from conceptualization to realization. These include greenfield investments for new manufacturing facilities, potential acquisitions, strategic partnerships for contract manufacturing and development, drafting projects for EU-supported grant applications, and introduction of innovative production segments and business models.

My responsibilities include devising and assessing new ideas, as well as project management for the complex process of developing value-added pharmaceuticals. These efforts are aimed at setting Alkaloid apart from other generic drug manufacturers.
