"Every work day in Sales Operations – Pharmaceuticals, within the Eastern Europe cluster, presents a unique and dynamic narrative, offering new experiences, particularly in addressing my primary challenge - overseeing export sales operations through effective communication, synchronization, and coordination with various departments within the company. This is an ongoing series of tasks with a shared primary objective - ensuring the timely placement of Alkaloid pharmaceutical products to be sold in export markets.

 

As a regional operations leader overseeing the markets of Croatia, Bulgaria, and Slovenia, I find immense joy in doing what I'm passionate about, even if it means stepping out of my comfort zone and taking on significant responsibilities as well as navigating the challenges of our dynamic environment. Yet, the satisfaction of ultimately making our products accessible to patients even beyond our national borders is deeply rewarding.

Collaborating with my exceptional team of colleagues is a constant source of motivation for me. Together, we provide mutual support, tackle challenges head-on, and consistently demonstrate that with collective effort anything can be accomplished.
