The workplace, as well as the tasks and responsibilities that come with it, set the dynamics of the day. The working day begins with setting goals for what is expected to be accomplished and planning the daily activities. During the shift, the work of each segment is continuously controlled, which implies control of the correct and safe handling of the equipment, materials and products by the employees, in accordance with the prescribed rules and instructions given in the established standard operating procedures (SOPs), procedures and guidelines. Following the strict GMP-norms and the quality policy are the basis on which the entire process is based in order to obtain a quality, safe and effective product - medicine. At the end of the day, when one looks at the pallet with a packaged, finished product, ready for delivery, it creates a positive feeling of a successfully achieved goal. At that moment, all the activities that we have carried out before, seemingly, remain in the background, but they define the value and meaning of the feeling of satisfaction"

The complexity of all production processes that take place in Production - cephalosporins require, first of all, teamwork and a multidisciplinary approach. I would describe the course of my working day as a chained interdependent system, in which, through coordinated and strictly defined procedures and actions, together with my colleagues, I implement and control production processes and systems through clearly assigned tasks. In accordance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) norms and in coordination with colleagues from other departments, I perform validation of new production processes, new equipment, cleanliness of equipment and premises, as well as investigation of deviations, risks... Even though on a working day, the professionalism and full dedication to my work tasks are always my priority, there is more than enough time left which I use for my family and friends, as well as for my hobbies and leisure activities outside working hours"

My Intellectual Property Working Day means searching through European and national patent databases for different countries. Gaining new knowledge about them every day, through research activities, is my big challenge.
