According to a survey conducted by the employment mediation agency Vrabotovanje.com, Alkaloid is the most desirable Macedonian company to work for in 2022, with 41% of 1,468 respondents indicating they would like to work there. The public opinion survey was conducted between 26 May and 19 June 2022.

At the Employer of the Year event, which was conceived as the Oscars for employers and held to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Vrabotovanje.com, the award for the most desirable Macedonian company to work for in 2022 was presented to Mr Zhivko Mukaetov, CEO and President of the Management Board of Alkaloid.

The most desirable employer awards are based on three criteria: the number of visits to job advertisement announcements on the Vrabotovanje.com website, demonstrated interest by applicants, and public opinion survey. At the event, seven prizes were awarded in different categories, and Alkaloid was declared the absolute winner, receiving the title of Most Desirable Employer for 2022 - Most Desirable Macedonian Company.
