Грижата за сопственото здравје претставува актуелен глобален тренд. Во согласност со дефиницијата дадена од СЗО (WHO, 2009), самогрижата е способност на поединците, семејствата и на заедниците да промовираат здравје, да спречуваат болести, да го одржуваат здравјето и да се справат со болести и со попречености, со или без поддршка од давател на здравствена заштита/услуга.Самогрижата вклучува неколку различни сегменти и е одговорност на секоја индивидуа во насока на грижа за личното здравје. Во тој континуум на самогрижа примарно значење има препознавањето на потребата од практикување здрав животен стил и од превенција на болестите, што во основа се заснова на соодветна здравствена писменост на населението, вклучувајќи ги и добрата хигиена и здравите животни навики.Потоа следува одговорно самодијагностицирање и самолекување кај поблагите здравствени проблеми и кај хроничните и повторливи состојби, но и поддржано управување и споделена грижа со здравствен професионалец, со цел ефикасно менаџирање на состојбата. Јасната граница меѓу она што претставува самогрижа и она што, од друга страна, претставува исклучиво медицинска грижа е поместена кога се во прашање одредени акутни состојби, каде што, до одреден степен, споделената грижа може да резултира со ефикасен третман. На крајот на овој континуум се сериозните состојби, кои се исклучиво лекарска одговорност и грижа.Како еден од главните сегменти на самогрижата е самолекувањето. Тоа подразбира употреба на одобрени лекови што се издаваат без лекарски рецепт (ОТЦ-лекови), кои имаат утврден квалитет, докажана ефикасност и широк безбедносен профил, ниска фреквенција и тежина на евентуалните несакани ефекти и добропознати индикации за пациентите. Тие се наменети за самодијагностицирани, поблаги состојби на иницијатива и на одговорност на индивидуата или за самоадминистрација од пациентот по препорака од лекар при хронични состојби, повторливи дијагнози или при симптоми (WHO, 2000).Како потврда за сѐ поголемата свесност на населението за спроведување самогрижа и самолекување се податоците што укажуваат дека во Европа во 2019 год. биле продадени 9,7 милијарди пакувања на ОТЦ-лекови и 1 милијарда пакувања на витамини и на минерали, за да се третираат поблагите состојби и/или за да се подобри општата добросостојба (AESGP, 2019). Сепак, мора да се истакне дека самолекувањето подразбира добро информиран, здравствено едуциран и одговорен потрошувач/пациент, кој ги добива потребните медицински информации од веродостојни извори и кој може да ги препознае ситуациите во кои може самостојно да управува со своето здравје, како и оние кога е потребно да се консултира со лекар или со фармацевт.Во согласност со годишниот европски извештај за растот на пазарот со ОТЦ-лекови (Tisman, 2019), категоријата на производи наменети за настинка, кашлица и за грип е најчесто користена од пациентите и оваа група производи од година во година покажува континуиран раст во потрошувачката. Како најголем двигатели на овој тренд во продажбата се смета развојот на нови, иновативни формулации, како на пример дозирани форми, екстензии на одредена линија на производи, како и формулации на комбинирани производи.

Акутните и хроничните болести на респираторниот систем се едни од најчестите болести кај луѓето, а нивната дијагностика и лекувањето, каузално и/или симптоматско, се едни од најважните области во клиничката медицина. Голем број респираторни болести се карактеризираат со секреција на вискозниот спутум во дишните патишта и со негово отежнато искашлување, па примената на агенси кои ја намалуваат вискозноста на спутумот значајно влијае врз нивниот тек и траење. Од друга страна, во патогенезата на повеќето респираторни болести важно место имаат оксидативниот стрес и инфламаторните промени на дишното стебло, па примената на агенси со антиоксидативно и антиинфламаторно дејство, исто така, има значајно влијание врз текот на овие болести и врз квалитетот на живот на болните. Се разбира дека во примената на лековите со мукоактивно, антиинфламаторно и со антиоксидативно дејство голема улога има нивниот безбедносен профил, односно зачестеноста и степенот на тежина на несаканите ефекти што можат да се јават при нивната примена.

Периферната артериска болест се дефинира како системска манифестација на генерализирaната атеросклероза со зафаќање на екстракоронарната циркулација, т.е. на артериите на екстремитетите, каротидните артерии и на реналните артерии.Честотата на болеста се зголемува кај повозрасната популација. Дијабетесот, пушењето, како и артериската хипертензија и дислипидемијата се фактори на ризик за појава на ПАБ. Имено, популацијата над 50-годишна возраст, со постоечки традиционален фактор на ризик, како и со постоење на повеќе фактори на ризик, е онаа популација кај којашто ја препознаваме и идентификуваме ПАБ.

My daily tasks involve providing professional support to the marketing teams to ensure effective product positioning, aiming to establish brands that will be recognized not only in the region but also internationally.&nbsp;Ongoing education, product research, creating and approving all types of promotional materials, presentations and digital platform contents, and conducting trainings for local marketing teams are all integral components of my work activities.
