"My working day in Production - cephalosporins is filled with dynamics, great responsibility and constant challenges. For me, each new day represents a new experience, with an additional motivation to learn even more tomorrow. The complexity of all production processes that take place in Production - cephalosporins require, first of all, teamwork and a multidisciplinary approach. I would describe the course of my working day as a chained interdependent system, in which, through coordinated and strictly defined procedures and actions, together with my colleagues, I implement and control production processes and systems through clearly assigned tasks. In accordance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) norms and in coordination with colleagues from other departments, I perform validation of new production processes, new equipment, cleanliness of equipment and premises, as well as investigation of deviations, risks...
