MULTI ESSENCE Magnesium 400+B complex microgranules for direct use supply the required daily intake of magnesium and B vitamins to meet the increased requirement of the body.

Magnesium contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal muscle function, helps reduce tiredness and fatigue and maintain normal electrolyte balance, and supports the normal synthesis of proteins and the normal psychological function. Magnesium plays a role in the process of cell division.

Vitamin B1 contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system, normal psychological function and the normal functioning of the heart.

Vitamin B2 contributes to normal metabolism, production of energy, normal functioning of the nervous system and to protecting the cells from oxidation.

Vitamin B6 contributes to normal metabolism, energy production, normal functioning of the nervous and immune systems, normal psychological function, normal metabolism of proteins and glycogen and it helps reduce tiredness and fatigue.
