• Vitamin C, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, niacin, pantothenic acid, biotin, calcium, magnesium, iron, manganese, copper and iodine contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism

• Vitamin C, vitamin B2, vitamin B6,vitamin B12, niacin, pantothenic acid, folate, magnesium and iron contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
