As part of Alkaloid’s commitment to human resources and ongoing efforts to nurture and strengthen the relationship between the company and its employees, this initiative gave employees’ children a unique opportunity to visit the pharmaceuticals manufacturing facility in Avtokomanda and observe firsthand the production processes and activities at their parents' workplaces.

During the guided tour, the Alkaloid explorers were give a lighthearted, age-appropriate narrative explanation covering all processes, from the start of production to process control and packaging. The young explorers also took part in practical activities, including simulated control tests and measurements, mixing liquids and colors, all designed to spark their curiosity. As in the first visit, the children enjoyed the fun aspect of the event, engaging in group games and organized activities that promoted social interaction and bonding, further enhancing their experience.

This initiative remains a key component of Alkaloid’s corporate culture, introducing employees’ children to the world of science and technology in a fun and educational manner.
