The working group of the company, led by the CEO and President of the Management Board, Mr. Zhivko Mukaetov, hosted the visit of the Ambassador Holstein who aimed to get acquainted with the business operations and results of the company, its placements and production portfolio. The large number of investments continuously realized by "Alkaloid" over the years, the company's export operations, as well as the large number of activities and projects in the area of ​​corporate social responsibility were also presented. 

Special emphasis was put on the "Alkaloid" Internship Program with some of the educational institutions for higher and secondary education, which is successfully developed based on the positive practices of the European models of dual education, the aim of which is to increase the efficiency and productivity of the educational potential and production of professional and trained staff, who will be able to respond to the demands of the Macedonian labor market.

Ambassador Holstein expressed her satisfaction with the successful operation of "Alkaloid", as well as with the successful cooperation with German companies in the market there, especially referring to the high level of technological equipment and the human capital that manages the processes in "Alkaloid", which she had the opportunity to get to know directly through a tour of the production facilities and the Research and Development Institute, where a large part of the installed equipment was purchased from German manufacturers. During the visit, advanced information and communication practices in the company and the benefits of the SAP system, also a German software solution, were presented.

The CEO and President of the Management Board, Mr. Zhivko Mukaetov expressed his satisfaction with this working meeting, which is of great importance for deepening the bilateral cooperation.

Germany is one of Alkaloid's fastest-growing export markets, of particular strategic importance, where the company made placements of close to 3 million euros in 2021, recording a growth of 160% compared to 2020.
