Black pepper (Piper nigrum) is actually a fruit, and has been known as a spice since ancient times, and because of its characteristics and unique aroma and very spicy taste, it has been the subject of trade between different peoples. 

We recommend it as a spice for dishes, in grain or ground when you want to add a spicy taste. It can be combined with other spices such as rosemary, garlic and red pepper.
