Alkaloid General Manager wins the prestigious Gold Medal from the Red Cross

The Red Cross of the Republic of Macedonia awarded the prestigious Gold Medal recognition to Zhivko Mukaetov, CEO and President of the Management Board of Alkaloid, for his wholehearted support of social programs that help the most vulnerable category of citizens.

At the ceremony held on 12 December 2013 in the Red Cross offices, the organization expressed its deepest gratitude to Mr. Mukaetov for, as they put it, the enormous contribution that he has been making for years to help the most underprivileged people.

“It is our greatest pleasure to award this recognition as a token of our gratitude for the help in accomplishing the humanitarian mission of the Red Cross”, and for the support, on multiple occasions, of our organization’s program of activities. The effects are beyond positive,” said Mr. Saiti.

The State Secretary of the Ministry of Economics, Mr. Anche Trifunovski, also took part in the recognition awards ceremony and he stressed that it was an excellent example to stimulate social responsibility within the business community. 

 In his address, Mr. Mukaetov expressed his deepest gratitude for the recognition awarded.

“This is an exceptional honor for me, as well as a motive to continue our humanitarian mission – myself as an individual but also my family and the company I run,” Mr. Mukaetov highlighted.

The Bronze Supporter recognition was awarded to the following companies: Alfa Banka, Makedonski Telekom, Pivara Skopje, and Sava Osiguruvanje.
