Becutan Radosnica receives the first prize for the best social media campaign
Becutan Radosnica (radosnica means baby keepsake journal) a project of Alkaloid AD Skopje received a Golden Sempler Award in this year’s media event Sempl in Portorozh, Slovenia, amid fierce competition of over thirty finalists.
The international committee proclaimed Alkaloid’s Becutan Radosnica campaign the winner in the category of the best campaign implemented through social media.
Becutan Radosnica, a digital baby keepsake journal is a modern, electronic version of well known children keepsake journals created in order to preserve the tradition of creating “memory book”, regardless of the trend in new technologies. In this Facebook Radosnica parents can capture in a simple fashion all the most important moments and memories of their children and also share with their friends and relatives who can contribute to the creation of the content as well. Immediately after having been activated, Facebook Radosnica arose great interest in Macedonia, Croatia, Serbia, Slovenia…and over 10.000 keepsake journals have been created thus far.
McCann Skopje advertising agency is behind the creation and implementation of Becutan Radosnica and the Golden Sempl Award is the first prize for Macedonian project on this festival.
SEMPL is an international media event that aims to present new trends and analyses the best practices. Every year the event gathers in one place hundreds of participants from the world marketing and media industry. Sempl is very well known, particularly for its program and projects of high quality and numerous networking possibilities.
