The Annual shareholders assembly of ALKALOID AD Skopje for 2021 was held on 04.04.2022.

All the materials and draft-decisions noted in the Public notice were adopted at the shareholders assembly.

According to the decision on use and distribution of the profit gained up to 31.12.2021 the dividend amounts in net 396.00 denars, or gross 440.00 denars for one ordinary share which is an increase of 10% compared to dividends paid for 2020 on net basis. Commencement date of dividend payout is 18.05.2022. The dividend shall be paid in cash on transaction accounts.
