The Annual shareholders assembly of ALKALOID AD Skopje for 2023 was held on 01.04.2024.

All the materials and draft-decisions noted in the Public notice were adopted at the shareholders assembly.

According to the decision on use and distribution of the profit gained up to 31.12.2023 the dividend amounts in net 486.00 denars, or gross 540.00 denars for one ordinary share which is an increase of 10.2% compared to dividends paid for 2022 on net basis. Commencement date of dividend payout is 15.05.2024. The dividend shall be paid in cash on transaction accounts.
