New subsidiary in Serbia
As of 30 November 2011 Alkaloid AD Skopje registered a new subsidiary in Serbia under the name Alkaloid Veledrogerija DOO Beograd. Alkaloid Veledrogerija DOO Beograd is 100% ownership of Alkaloid AD Skopje. Its principal activity is wholesale of pharmaceutical products.
The previously registered subsidiary in Belgrade remains with its main focus on primary and secondary production of drugs.
These moves are in line with the continuous activities of Alkaloid AD Skopje to strengthen the export positions of the company as its main strategic commitment.
