All the materials and draft-decisions noted in the Public call were adopted at the shareholders meeting.

According to the decision on appropriation and allocation of the profit gained up to 31.12.2013 the dividend amounts in net 180.00 MKD, or gross 200.00 MKD for one ordinary share which is an increase of 9.09% compared to dividends paid for 2012. Commencement date of dividend payout is 14.05.2014. The dividend shall be paid in cash on transaction accounts.
