All the materials and draft-decisions noted in the Public call were adopted at the shareholders meeting.

According to the decision on appropriation and allocation of the profit gained up to 31.12.2017 the dividend amounts in net 243.00 denars, or gross 270.00 denars for one ordinary share which is an increase of 8% compared to dividends paid for 2016. Commencement date of dividend payout is 16.05.2018. The dividend shall be paid in cash on transaction accounts.
