Launch of the Children of Employees Explore Alkaloid project

Children of employees from the Cosmetics Division discover the world of Becutan

Alkaloid’s development priorities focus on its employees and their families, with a particular emphasis on the wellbeing of children as a cornerstone of its corporate culture. In an effort to strengthen the sense of belonging to a collective among its youngest members, Alkaloid invited the children of employees from the Cosmetics Division to tour its manufacturing facilities. This visit allowed them to learn about the company where their parents spend their workdays.

This event, where the young explorers, alongside their parents, toured the development, manufacturing, and packaging departments for products of the Becutan portfolio, at the Lafoma site, is one of many planned under the Children of Employees Explore Alkaloid project. The initiative, designed to bring the company closer to the children through engaging and age-appropriate educational activities, opened up an entirely new world for them, which they explored with great curiosity and a keen eagerness to learn.

Organized visits for employee children will become a tradition, with over 1,000 children aged 3 to 18 expected to visit the company.

Alongside the educational portion of the event, where the children got a firsthand glimpse of their parents' work environment, it also featured fun activities designed for socializing and getting to know each other through organized sports and games.

Human resources remain a central focus of Alkaloid's development strategy, recognized as one of the company's most valuable assets.
