New subsidiary in Slovenia

As of 28 December 2010 Alkaloid AD Skopje registered a new subsidiary in the Republic of Slovenia under the name Alkaloid- Pharm Ltd Ljubljana.

Alkaloid- Pharm subsidiary is 100% ownership of Alkaloid AD Skopje. Its principal activities comprise the business operations on the Slovenian market.

The previously registered subsidiary in Ljubljana has been re-branded as Alkaloid INT Ltd, with its main focus on distribution of Alkaloid’s products on the EU markets.

These moves are in line with the continuous activities of Alkaloid AD – Skopje to strengthen the export positions of the company as its main strategic commitment.
