Notification of annual shareholders’ assembly

Pursuant to the Decree with the force of law for amendment of the Decree with the force of law on implementation of the Law on Trade Companies during a state of emergency, published in the Official Gazette of RNM No. 87/2020 on 2 April 2020, ALKALOID AD Skopje notifies the public that the Session of the Annual Shareholders’ Assembly will be held in the Company premises, at Bul. Aleksandar Makedonski No 12, Skopje on 6 April 2020 (Monday) at 08:00h.
