Notification on changes in managing board

On account of the expiry of the term of office of the members of the Managing Board of Alkaloid AD Skopje, the Supervisory Board issued a decision on election of members of the Managing Board.

The persons:

  • Zhivko Mukaetov

  • Milkica Gligorova

  • Gjorgi Jovanov

  • Kire Icev and

  • Viktor Stojchevski

have been re-elected as members of the Managing Board of Alkaloid Ad Skopje.

The members of the Managing Board have been elected for a period of six (6) years, commencing as of 21 November 2016.

Mr Zhivko Mukaetov, a member of the Managing Board of Alkaloid AD Skopje, is appointed President of the Managing Board of Alkaloid AD Skopje.

The President of the Managing Board of Alkaloid AD Skopje represents the Company with third parties without limitation and holds the title Chief Executive Officer.
