“My job in the Manufacturing Department is very dynamic, which usually brings different outcomes and tasks during the working week. My workday is not monotonous at all, which requires good organizational skills. My role as a Responsible Pharmacist in Production is to properly and timely organize and control the production processes, which are compliant with the company's quality control system and GMP norms. Participating in validation processes, technology transfers, deviation investigations, risk management, and change control are just some of the activities I perform together with my colleagues from the different departments. Besides the required expertise, to do this, it is necessary and important to maintain good cooperation and communication, internally and externally.
