Alkalax

This tea contains senna leaves. Senna leaves are the most common plant laxative which hels empty the bowels’ content. Mint leaves reduce flatulence and help gas release. It also has a spasmolytic effect, i.e. reduces intestine cramps and promotes digestion.

The effect is manifested 6 to 8 hours after consumption. That is why consuming the tea before bedtime is recommended.
