Milk thistle tea

The milk thistle flowers come out in summer. Firstly the buds come out, from which round, dark pink to purple flowers are formed. The fruits are rich in active ingredients, of which silymarin is the main one.

Drink the tea 2-3 times a day unsweetened, before a meal.
