DIASTOP® Direct is a combined product that contains two types of lactic acid bacteria (Lactobacillus rhamnosus and Bifidobacterium animalis) and vitamin D₃. Lactic acid bacteria are normally present in the small and large intestine. They maintain the acid–base balance, which is essential for the normal functioning of enzymes that digest food, for the immune system, and for intestinal peristalsis.

Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system in children and adults.

COMPOSITION

Active ingredients (per sachet 1 g):

Lactobacillus rhamnosus BIFOLAC™ GG and Bifidobacterium animalis ssp. lactis BL-04 min. 9 × 10⁹ CFU

Vitamin D₃ 7.5 μg (300 IU) — 150% NRV*

* NRV = Recommended Daily Intake.

Excipients: thickeners: erythritol, xylitol; glazing agents: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; anti-caking agent: magnesium oxide; natural flavour: strawberry; acidity regulator: citric acid; natural flavour: raspberry; glazing agent: sodium carboxymethyl cellulose; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide.

DOSAGE AND METHOD OF USE

The product is intended for oral use. DIASTOP® Direct should be taken with a meal to avoid the harmful effect of stomach acid on the lactic acid bacteria.

The contents of the sachet are intended for direct use; mixing the contents of the sachet with water or other liquids is not recommended.

Do not take DIASTOP® Direct together with alcohol or hot beverages.

DIASTOP® Direct does not contain sugar.

Recommended daily dose:

Adults: 1 sachet daily

Children over 3 years: 1 sachet daily.

PRECAUTIONS

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

The product should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

PACKAGING

The sachets contain a fine white powder with a sweet taste and strawberry and raspberry flavour.

One gram of oral powder for direct application is packed in a single-dose sachet (ETP/ALU/PE foil).

The cardboard box contains 10 sachets and instructions for use.

Two (2) years.

Store in the original packaging at a temperature below 25 °C, protected from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of small children!
