Tea blend for airways
Freshly brewed hot tea, from herbs rich in essential oils, is always welcome.
Tea blend for the respiratory tract contains several herbs, including sage, which contributes to the healthy upper respiratory tract, as well as black pepper, which also helps the normal function of the respiratory system. The blend also contains balm, juniper berries, oregano and savory.
Preparation: pour 250 ml of boiling water over one tablespoon of the blend. Leave to steep for 10 minutes in a covered container, then drain. Drink the tea 2-3 times a day before meals.
Tea can also be used for inhalation. Do not use the product for more than 2 weeks.
